About Our Community
Saybrook is comprised of two sections of single level condos (flats); Phases 1 & 2, and four sections of two-story townhomes; Phases 3, 4, 5, & 6.
The condo community has a pool and recreation area. It’s a lovely established community with lots of green space flanked by a longstanding farm on one side and a new health center on the other.
Each townhome feature an entry mudroom with closet, laundry in-unit, first level powder room, open floor plan and the master bedroom on the second level has an additional small bonus room attached that can be used as an office, nursery or walk-in closet for storage, a second bedroom and full bath.
The condo flats feature two bedroom and single bath, open galley style kitchen with dining nook and laundry in-unit, private balconies or patios, and detached carports, Saybrook is within minutes to many Essex amenities including the local post office, grocery stores, a natural food store and a pharmacy to name a few.
The bike path that runs along the property allows the option to walk or bike to many places including restaurants, coffee shop, movie theater, a local brew pub and the best ice cream shop in the area! The Essex Culinary Resort and Spa, Links Golf Course, the Essex Bike Path, the Essex public library and several parks all are within a couple of miles at most.
